Minister of Justice Ngosa Simbyakula has announced that Government will this week release the contents of the Bill of Rights, which will be subjected to a referendum, during the August 11, general election.
Dr. Simbyakula says the release of the Bill of Rights will be followed by sensitization of the public, on the modalities of the referendum.
He said this will enable people to make an informed decision, during the referendum.
Dr Simbyakula was speaking in an interview with ZNBC News in Lusaka.
Electoral Commission of Zambia Director Priscilla Isaac on Tuesday said the release of the contents of the Bill of Rights will enable (ECZ) formulate the referendum question.
