HH vows to take his petition to International Courts

Hakainde Hichilema has vowed that he will take his presidential petition to the International Court if the local courts refuse to hear it.

Hichilema or HH as he is popularly disputed the August 11 presidential election where he lost to incumbent president Edgar Lungu of the ruling Patriotic Front (PF).

Featuring on Muvi Television’s Assignment programme Sunday evenning, HH who is the leader of UPND maintained that he has the right to be head and that he will do everything he can to have his petition head.

HH’s petition was dismissed as it could not be head in the 14 days window period provided in the constitution.

He says the matter in the High Court where he is challenging the Constitutional Court ruling that it violated his right to be head is coming up for hearing tomorrow, Monday, November 21, 2016.
