Given Lubinda
All eyes are on President Lungu and he must do the right thing in the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) scam, says Zambia Voice Executive Director Chilufya Tayali.
Tayali who exposed a scam at FRA involving Minister of Agriculture Given Lubinda, his Permanent Secretary and the CEO at the Agency says Lungu must fire corrupt people from his government.
He has also called on the law enforcement agencies to move in.
Tayali said:
I have been handling the FRA scam with some reasonability considering a number of factors, including the fact that this is an election year.
I have seen some PF cadres calling me a traitor sent by HH. This is far fetched dream. I know HH and I have interacted with him, I shudder to think of him as a President. We might have worse corruption and no freedoms.
I really doubt I would freely expose such scams if HH was in power. So for the love of this freedom I am enjoying under PF and other strides on the my score sheet I rather PF continues but we keep fighting them to do the right thing.
Let’s get rid of people like Lubinda, Yaluma, Musenge, Chikwanda, Shamenda, Nkandu Luo, and others that you may know not doing well. Let us have good people around the President so that he can deliver instead of breeding corruption and sufferings for the people.
So those ranting carelessly, I want to to consider the issue at hand and examine your conscious if it is right for Given to administer at such corruption as a minister.
By the way the sheet with companies it is written 2012, that was just a tipo, that sheet is very current for 2016 marketing season.
Actually there is more to reveal but I am being prudent as I wait for the President and the investigative wings to do the job they are paid for.
I wonder why people like Frank Bwalya would be against kicking out wrong people from Govt in the name of protecting the party.
Why do you want defend corrupt people, let them defend themselves, unless you eat with them. Being a PF member does not mean you should be corrupt, so why I you condoning such people.
You must also remember that, you are a ruling party because of people, without people you can’t be there. Frank Bwalya is enjoying because people voted for PF. But Frank want to defend the corruption which brought shortages and increase in mealie meal prices.
The President also should handle this case carefully because it might explode in his hands. He must show leadership and fight against corruption. He should not listen to wrong people like Frank Bwalya because they will just make him fail as a President and they will simply join another party.
There is more to this case that I can hold press briefing for a full 2 weeks daily exposing people, the question is who will remain. Those of you involved know yourselves, so for now get rid of the three guys Given Lubinda, Julius Shawa and Chola Kafwabulula.
I have singled out these people because they have done things without conscious of the suffering of people. I would have spared Mr. Shawa but no the man was at the centre of the export permits.
And yes, I have reported the case to 3 investigative wings to reinforce investigations, but I did my statement today at ACC because they are the rightful people to handle the cases at hand but the monies involved is a lot, we must find where these people have buried it because it is a lot which they were receiving in cash as testified by those that paid it.
I wish I could mention names but all in good time, so Given don’t think I am bluffing, people got tired of your selfishness and hated you that is how they came to me. Others will be squeezed and they will talk to defend themselves, just chill. God brings out the hidden things so that he can shame you for subjecting people to suffering.
